Fastray LC is a one component, light-cured custom tray material supplied in pre-formed wafer that, when used with a separator, will not distort or stick to fingers and/or models. Procedure time is reduced and odors are eliminated due to no mixing of powder and liquid. Fastray LC provides a firm, stable custom tray that is ready to use immediately after trimming and polishing. Due to the light-cured nature and putty consistency, adding or subtracting material is made easy. Fastray LC is a water and light sensitive material. Keep the box closed when not removing wafer, as material may get hard after 15 minutes of light exposure. Fastray LC also works great in a Triad machine. The wafer can be drilled and reshaped at any time after setting.

Polish without ruining delicate anatomical surfaces on dental appliances. When using low speeds and light pressure the acrylic should not overheat due to friction. Selection of coarse, medium and fine brushes lets you control the type of polishing finish.
